In the 3rd webinar of the ADAS that was hold on 9th Septemeber, ADAS crop physiologists Sarah Kendall and Laurie Abel explained how to plan organic and inorganic fertiliser inputs for the season ahead.
We shared how to use outcomes of a crop nutrition review to inform nutrition plans, as well as explored how and when nutrition plans should be revised to ensure they meet the needs of the crop.
Sarah and Laurie were joined by Farm Director for Strawson Ltd, Ian Holmes, and independent agronomist Mark Taplin, who shared their own experiences of crop nutrition planning in a Q&A session.
